The former chairman oversaw Spurs' transition to the club's new home in 2019.
US technology mogul Earick has ruled out making a formal takeover bid for Spurs.
Spurs had before “unequivocally rejected” an informal expression of interest from a syndicate headed by the American last month and maintained the organization was unavailable for purchase.
However UK takeover and merger rules dictated that, having had an initial approach declined, the group had to submit a bid by the October deadline or announce they would not do so.
Verification of the choice was provided in a release made by Spurs to the stock exchange, confirming the organization is “no longer in an takeover phase.”
The entrepreneur published an snapshot of the announcement on digital channels, remarking: “It's been a pleasure interacting with Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family's agents over the past few months.
“I maintain great respect for the organization, its executives, and its followers, and hope for nothing but success.”
Spurs' leadership acknowledged the syndicate for its “positive engagement” in discussions and for “honoring the clear position” of the owners that the organization is off the market.
Brooklyn Earick is a former DJ who also served in aerospace studies for Nasa before establishing Redacted RnD, which specializes in innovation, entertainment, athletics and recreation.
The informal offer was the latest expression of interest declined by the organization's leadership since the abrupt resignation of long-serving chairman the former chairman in September.
On 8 September, the club turned down approaches from ex-Newcastle investor Amanda Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited and a syndicate led by Dr Roger Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk Holdings Limited.
Levy and his household own about a significant stake of the parent company – which has an nearly 87 percent stake in the club.

However he was also the focus of frequent demonstrations by Spurs fans, especially last campaign as Premier League performances were below expectations.
